Welcome to Island Retreat Bayside by RVA located directly in the center of Joan Durante Park, Longboat Key’s 32 acres of wetland and coastal hammock forest park. Your Longboat Key Nature Escape is just a short walk to a kayak launch, trails, restaurants, kids playground, and beach (deeded access to private beach). This property is located on a dead-end road so it is very quiet and private!

This 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bathroom has all brand new furnishings and a great outdoor space to enjoy. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twins with 2 trundle beds under the twin beds.

Amenities include wireless Internet access, parking in front of home, charcoal grill, stackable washer dryer, and pets are allowed (with prior approval, max of 35 lbs).

Note: This home is a Duplex with 2 units. This is Unit 2.

This vacation home does not include a landline phone; guests will be required to bring their personal cell phone for calling purposes.

This duplex home was very comfortable and loved the location... backing up to the beautiful Joan Durante Park and wonderful nature preserve where we took multiple walks each day. Steps to peaceful lookouts over the bay for watching the sunrise, and a short walk to the private beach for sun bathing and dazzling sunsets! The unit was well appointed with all we needed for a two month stay... nicely updated. A little special cleaning attention needed in a couple of areas but overall cleanliness was acceptable. Definitely would stay here again!
