Wonderful pool, plenty of beach towels in the condo, everything was well-supplied, the place is so attractively decorated, beach toys & umbrellas in the closet, plenty of large garbage bags and other excellent amenities provided. Many thanks to the owners for all the lovely updates including living room seating, bedspreads & throw pillows, the new porch flooring, new patio furniture and area rug. Thank you! I’ve been staying in this condo for 30 of the last 41 years! Much appreciation!

Our unit was lovely as always and look forward to returning next year. The overall property is maintained (some post-hurricane work still being done) and management easy to work with. Appreciate the access to The Cedars (although bikes need some tlc) and the tennis court next door. Only negative comment is that some guests left fishing and beach equipment piled outside their doors and I'm afraid the laundry machines may be on their last leg!

Our return to Beach Castle was very nostalgic. My parents used to bring me and my 5 sibling for 3 weeks in the summers - late 1970’s through 1989. The McCalls owned Beach Castle at the time. I was THRILLED to find the peace and care of property is equal to that time I was last here. My husband and I truly relaxed! We enjoyed the beach view tremendously. Unit 2 was perfectly equipped. Bed was very comfortable. And I was so happy I finally got to use the “twisty stairs” :)

Rented Beach Castle through RVA on Longboat Key. The place / location was great (condo itself is awesome but the value provided by RVA is little to none). RVA overcharged for location given other rental prices in area. You would expect for $20K rental charge for a month that you would have a working grill on the property. The grill has not been updated in three years and is so dirty and in such disrepair it is unusable. Perhaps invest one night of my stay and buy a new grill for other guests. In addition they removed the picnic table and never replaced it. This was our third strait year of renting this property through RVA but we will most likely look for alternatives moving forward.

Beach Castles Unit 2 was great. It was just as described, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened balcony where we spent most of our time when we were not at the beach. Beautiful views of the Gulf and beach. We appreciated the laid back vibes of Longboat Key in general and of our Beach Castles rental. It was really a wonderful rental.

Beautiful apartment on the beach. We had reserved it for our daughter's family and they were very pleased. They had an unforeseeable issue that was resolved quickly and satisfactorily, thank you Sean. And, the location was perfect. We would highly recommend this property.
