We stayed here for our first time on the island. It was wonderful! The rental was a perfect fit for our needs. It was clean and conveniently located between the bay and beach. It was especially helpful that the resort provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Also, the management personnel were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort and rental unit to others.

This unit is tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe. The unit is clean and nicely updated. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the amenities. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to Anna Maria Island and St. Armand’s Circle.

Great location- short walk to pier on Bay for sunrise and sunset over Gulf across the road. Fully equipped kitchen, newly furnished and decorated. Screened porch looking out to garden with fountain - loved to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails there! The guest pass to Cedars Tennis Club with a lap pool was definitely a perk. We will definitely return!!!!

We enjoyed our short stay at this rental unit at Beach Castle resort. While the resort is older, the unit was updated nicely and we found it very comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrellas available at the beach across the street was a pleasure surprise.

The truth is I thought I had rented a cottage, because those were the photos on the website. And I thought it was a tourist trap, because although it is well maintained outside, they are old buildings. However, once the door of the condominium is opened, rest assured to see it! very well decorated with furniture and coastal decorations, the room is very spacious and illuminated, but the mattress is hard and when we tried it we thought we were not going to sleep, because at home we have a semi-hard mattress, but we slept soundly&#xD83D;&#xDE42;The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary appliances, up to 2 types of coffee makers, a traditional one and a Keurig, and a bonus a wine refrigerator; That is to say, no detail was omitted. The only thing that was not so good was that the heating did not work. and A local toad welcomed us in the toilet. We enjoyed our stay.

Our Beach Castle unit was roomy, up-to-date and clean. Very quiet and peaceful area. The easy access to the beach, with chairs, lounges and umbrellas provided made it easy to enjoy the sunshine each day. The grounds were very well maintained. Parking was a little tight, but having an assigned spot was great. Sean was very responsive to our questions. We'll be back.

We met daughter-in-law and her family at Beach Castle. They rented the house and we were in #17. They handled all the meals so we had the best of both worlds. All the good food and none of the clean up. We are all return customers and love the location. Beach or Bay have their own charm and we enjoy them both.

Nicely appointed updated rooms with a quiet screened area out in the back to sit away from foot traffic. The description of the rooms is not very helpful as it states "sleeps up to 4" but doesn't give the size of the bed. The bed is large, at least a queen, maybe king, but it was unclear if the couch is a pull out or not if there were more than 2 guests. Either way, we had a great time - Harry's and the Blue Dolphin for breakfast are so close. A short drive to other restaurants and sights, and a stone throw from the beautiful beach. With the cleaning in the end more expensive than a hotel for a short stay, but the location is hard to beat.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and have nothing negative to say. The unit had recently been updated and everything was top notch. It was easy to access the Gulf beach and also the beautiful Bay sunrise. <br/>The staff from RVA was very helpful with the rental process and checkout was very efficient. I would recommend RVA for their great service .

Location is great! It’s a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the bayside. I will warn you do have to cross the road to get to the beach but that’s never seemed to be a problem for us. There were sand toys in the closet of the condo, beach umbrellas available in the pool area, and lounge chairs for our use on the beach. The pool water was warm even in December and the hot tub temp was perfect. The decor of the condo was beautiful! The laundry room is close and free of charge. There was only one dryer working while we were there and it took forever I hopefully they get that fixed. Overall no complaints though since the laundry was free. We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all!!! Would highly recommend! We messaged them that day inquiring an early arrival time since we were driving and making good time and they were able to accommodate!!!

The rental was good. The location was excellent! A few things in the unit seemed rushed or cheaply installed, such as cabinet knobs and the toilet paper holder. If someone would spend a couple hours looking over the finishing touches, the place would be excellent! There were plenty of towels, but only a few washcloths. I would recommend updating the sofa bed. It was difficult for my kids to get comfortable with the bars and thin mattress. The laundry room was ok. The washers were excellent, but there was only one dryer "working." It took two cycles and the clothes were still only half dry. That was very disappointing. Luckily we had hangers to dry our clothes and beach towels when I finally took them out at 10:30 pm. Normally, on beach vacations, we wash our beach towels daily. We couldn't even wash and dry them once in 4 days. The pool was a hit. We enjoyed spending a lot of time there. The rest of the resort amenities are excellent. Overall, we had a good time in Longboat Key!
