Compliments of RVA, Beach Castle Resort expands from the bayside of Longboat Key to the Gulf – providing a place to launch your kayak and cast a line, a chance to spot exotic birds that stop here for our mild temperatures and to view a picture-perfect sunset over the Gulf of Mexico -- all courtesy of Mother Nature.

The grounds here are impeccable – from the well-manicured vegetation to the vast palm trees that dot this serene Longboat Key location. The buildings at Beach Castle are the color of sunshine and are accented by Bahama shutters and railings that resemble palm trees. Each unit is individually owned, which means no unit is alike and provides a unique vacation experience to our guests. However, all units provide a full kitchen, living room and private lanais – never compromising the comforts of home.

This secluded hideaway exudes a classic charm that, as vacationers, we yearn for. A place to get away from it all, relish in the Florida sunshine and reconnect with family and friends; all this while enjoying white-sand beaches, privacy and most importantly, vacation memories that last a lifetime.

Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Beach Castle Resort #11 will have the option of temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles, fishing pier and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Accommodations: Beach Castle Resort is a quiet, 21-unit condominium resort midway on the exclusive island of Longboat Key with a variety of views including Gulf front, Bay front, pool and garden views.

Unit #11 Features: Two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor unit located on the bay side centrally located within steps from the community pool and laundry facilities for our guests convenience. Decorated in warm, Florida charm with updated furnishings.

Bedding: 1 King, 2 Queen Beds, Sleeper Sofa

Parking: All guests have use of 1 assigned parking spot during their stay. Additional spots are available at a nearby community on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on Beach Castle property.

Resort Features: Full-size Kitchen, Spacious Floorplans, Heated Community Pool, Community Hot Tub, Grills, On-site Office, Private Lanais, Complimentary Laundry Facilities, Shared Boat Docks (available on a first-come, first-served basis, a 26' boat limit, and guest is responsible to find off-site parking for boat trailer), Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Complimentary Guest Parking, Private Beach Access, Complimentary Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas

Please Note: Beach Castle is a self service resort; we do not provide daily housekeeping services. For your convenience, an amenity “Starter Kit” is provided to assist you upon your arrival. Any essentials required after the initial provided, such as toilet paper, dish soap, etc. is the responsibility of the guest.

Excellent stay, the condo was clean and a great size for my family. Had a great time and so convenient to have the dock on one side and the beach minutes away on the other! For the size of the property, several families staying, additional grills and outdoor seating on the Bay side would be awesome! So beautiful to be out there enjoying sights and dinner, often it was standing room only.

Did you have a good overall stay? YES!! Was the vacation rental in a great location? Great location. Was the home clean and in good shape? Yes, the Owners had it decorated well and loved the lighting. Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? Definitely. Very valuable to have on-sight staff, namely Sean. He was easy to talk to, always positive and very eager to help you out with anything!

Beach Castle is a wonderful property where you feel right at home within 15 minutes. Great pool, free laundry facilities, beach chairs and lounges with option of umbrellas, clean non-crowded beach and nice dock/pier on the bay. The office personnel, namely Sean, are attentive, personable and helpful.

Wonderful experience and proximity to everything the area has to offer was fantastic. The private beach was nice albeit with red tide, which is not something you can control. I would book again and hope their is no red tide and maybe not as hot, but it is Florida. Kids had a blast so that is what matters the most.

Wonderful place to step into Florida warmth. The pool and hot tub were great, the lush gardens made the stay for me. Unit 11 was fine. The blinds should be replaced but everything else was fine, not lux, but comfortable. Having the bay at the back and gulf at the front of the property was unbelievably wonderful. Planning my next trip.

The property was great for 4 adults. Due to all the foliage and color of the walls, the property seemed very dark on the inside. The furniture was fine; however, I feel the outside screened porch could have had better flooring. Pool and hot tub was very nice and clean. Within walking distance to two restaurants, ice cream and cute boutique. I worked with Corby and she was very pleasant. Thank you.

The apto had everything we needed, very comfortable and clean. Any of the apartments are steps from the beach, it's just a matter of crossing the street or there are 4 options that you can stay right at the beach. Beach was beautiful!!! There are no bars and restaurants with walking distance, but we didn't care about that!

The area and location are great. The property manager was excellent. The unit was nice and a great size and layout. When we arrived the unit was not ready to occupy because they were not finished cleaning. It was hot and kids were irritable but the property manager did all he could to rush and made some concessions which was wonderful. Kids were in the unit above but we did not hear them the entire stay which is rare. The location is wonderful. We will stay here again.
