Our rental was clean, beautifully decorated, perfectly situated with a stunning view of the gulf to wake up to every morning. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. We loved having turtles and a variety of exotic birds to watch from our screened in porch. The location of this condo made it so convenient to run back and grab anything we forgot when we were playing at the beach. Loved the split bedroom layout. It was a quiet and restful environment. Just what we needed.

We had a great vacation in this unit. We had 2 couples and the bedrooms and baths were very nice. It was right at the entrance to the beach. Very quite. Had a nice screened in porch and sliding glass door to the outside. There were 3 TVs, but one only got streaming shows. Everything in the unit was in great condition. We loved it and would return. As we arrived, we ran into the folks who had rented it the week before and they told us that they loved it.

Beach Castle Resort #1 is awesome. Clean accommodations, comfortable beds, well appointed. Location has direct access to the beach. The other side of the property has the pool and harbor access. Too expensive to book for next year.

This was the first time we stayed on Longboat key. And it did not disappoint. The beaches so lovely and the ocean crystal clear! The restaurants on LBK are some of the best we have ever gone to! As far as the condo it was clean and comfortable. Had plenty of beach towels to use. If I am being picky... the toaster did not work, would of loved a screen on the slider door to let the ocean breeze in.. Had a problem with the main tv could not turn it off and on with tv controller . Had to use the on and off button on the tv. I thought the master bathroom was very small... But I would definitely go back , just for the convenience of being right on the beach!

Can't beat the location. Unit could use some tlc but ultimately the beach access, walking distance to tennis, pickleball, restaurants, and sunsets outweigh the old grout, and tired linens and appliances. Chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas provided. Owners as well as management really seem to want your vacation to be great and that counts for a lot!

Very enjoyable! A very easy walk to beach plus chair, umbrella and beach towel included. We did need a fly swatted Miskitos’s were bad. Beds and bedding were very comfortable.

We had a great week in Long Boat Key. We have stayed at this location about 6 times. The Condo is always clean and well equipped. The location is also great. We dined out a few times, rented jet skis and floated in the calm water. Got lots of sun in first half of the day, shopped in the afternoon. It was wonderful being with my family. The only disappointing thing was the patio had been removed. There was always a nice patio, you could put a table on and have dinner. Unfortunately, it was unappealing to even sit out with my morning coffee. The two chairs provided were sitting in front of the door on an area about 24 inches wide. After that, your feet were in the grass. I asked what happened to patio, but got a few stupid answers. None of which made since. I know, I need to let it go!!! Other wise, it is a fantastic unit.

Great location. Convenient to grocery store, restaurants, and downtown Sarasota. Very quiet. Fantastic location if you want to relax on the beach. Beautiful view from the living room and covered outdoor patio as well. Rental property management was excellent. The entire pool area was clean and maintained. There were a few cockroaches inside the unit which may or may not be due to close proximity of the beach and lush foliage , not a huge deal. The furniture was a well used And I found the bed to be a bit too hard for my liking. OverallBut overall we had a wonderful stay And if we have the opportunity again in the future we would consider renting from this community again.

Overall we had a very good experience. The condo was clean and well stocked. Due to Covid, I would make more restrictions on the path from the building to the beach and ask that people go one at a time and also reminders to stay apart on the beach. I felt like at times the beach was too crowded so you may want to limit the amount of short term rentals available.
