Compliments of RVA, Beach Castle Resort expands from the bayside of Longboat Key to the Gulf – providing a place to launch your kayak and cast a line, a chance to spot exotic birds that stop here for our mild temperatures and to view a picture-perfect sunset over the Gulf of Mexico -- all courtesy of Mother Nature.

The grounds here are impeccable – from the well-manicured vegetation to the vast palm trees that dot this serene Longboat Key location. The buildings at Beach Castle are the color of sunshine and are accented by Bahama shutters and railings that resemble palm trees. Each unit is individually owned, which means no unit is alike and provides a unique vacation experience to our guests. However, all units provide a full kitchen, living room and private lanais – never compromising the comforts of home.

This secluded hideaway exudes a classic charm that, as vacationers, we yearn for. A place to get away from it all, relish in the Florida sunshine and reconnect with family and friends; all this while enjoying white-sand beaches, privacy and most importantly, vacation memories that last a lifetime.

Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Beach Castle Resort #26 will have the option of temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles, fishing pier and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Accommodations: Beach Castle Resort is a quiet, 21-unit condominium resort midway on the exclusive island of Longboat Key with a variety of views including Gulf front, Bay front, pool and garden views.

Unit #26 Features: One-bedroom, one-bathroom unit located on the Bay side. Decorated in clean, comfortable furnishings with updated amenities including a full-size kitchen, flat screen TV's, and a private patio with bay views.

View: Bay Views

Bedding: 1 King, Sleeper Sofa

Parking: All guests have use of 1 assigned parking spot during their stay. Additional spots are available at a nearby community on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on Beach Castle property.

Resort Features: Full-size Kitchen, Spacious Floorplans, Heated Community Pool, Community Hot Tub, Grills, On-site Office, Private Lanais, Complimentary Laundry Facilities, Shared Boat Docks (available on a first-come, first-served basis, a 26' boat limit, and guest is responsible to find off-site parking for boat trailer), Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Complimentary Guest Parking, Private Beach Access, Complimentary Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas

Please Note: Beach Castle is a self service resort; we do not provide daily housekeeping services. For your convenience, an amenity “Starter Kit” is provided to assist you upon your arrival. Any essentials required after the initial provided, such as toilet paper, dish soap, etc. is the responsibility of the guest.

An easy process from start to finish! Booking online was a breeze and I loved that you could book shorter stays. Our flight was delayed so we didn't make it in time to check-in in-person, which was no problem bc everything was there waiting for us when we did get there. Our condo was clean and full of extra blankets (which was great bc the weather was chilly. It was a great location and easy to stay on the Key or go up to Cortez/Bradenton or down to Sarasota. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly to hang out at the beach, but the morning trip tp the beach showed a great beach area! We had a great experience and will likely be back in the future!

My stay at Beach Castle Resort #26 was cozy and perfect for me. I enjoyed the sunrise and bay view from the screened in deck each morning, and short walk across the street to the beach and sunsets each day/evening. The condo was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the guest membership at Cedars resort, and rode a bike each day. The only negative thing was that the screen was missing from the bedroom window, so I wasn't able to keep the window open. This should be replaced. Besides that, my stay was perfect!

The office was very professional upon check-in and we had no issues and only had a great time while there. The unit is very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and very equipped with utensils, soap, rags, pots and pans, bowls big and small, a blender, toaster, coffee machine,..etc. Although the bedroom window was under construction, it was not an issue since it was behind the curtains. It was great that we had chairs and umbrellas accessible right by the beach. I think there are a couple of improvements I would recommend, it would be nice to have keyless entry to the unit and an upgrade to the grilling area. The grilling area is a tight space with very little shade for groups. Last but not least, bring extra TP, we were only there for 3 nights and a small family but the one TP roll provided is a mini roll and runs out quick. Overall, very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to everyone.

We loved the place and location. Only one suggestion would be keep some preliminary stuffs like more tissue , paper towel , sugar, oil and a kitchen cleaning spray:) other than that it is lovely.

This was our first time staying at the Beach Castle Resort and we had a wonderful and relaxing time. The location was quiet but still close to areas that we like to go. The unit was clean and perfect for the two of us. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and views of the bay. Definitely would love to come back!

We had a wonderful trip to Longboat Key, and we greatly enjoyed the Beach Castle Resort. We enjoyed our view of the bay from our unit, #26. The pool and the hot tub were great. The beach was only a very short walk away, and it was great that beach chairs were provided. It was convenient to have complimentary laundry facilities on site, as well as a grill. The Beach Castle Resort is darling. It is a small pretty property that has everything you need to relax in a quiet and peaceful setting. Once you park your car, you can walk to the beach, pool, tennis, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you prefer to cook, #26 has a great little kitchen to prepare simple meals and dine al fresco on the screened in patio while watching the yachts cruise by on Sarasota Bay. #26 was CLEAN and casual - just what we wanted at the beach. If you feel a bit more adventurous, check out bicycles from the Cedars Tennis Club and ride the few easy miles towards Ana Maria to discover more powdery sand beaches and restaurants right on the water. Finally, pack light - beach towels, umbrellas, and lounge chairs are provided.

Definitely enjoyed the view of the bay and the close proximity to the gulf beach. Our unit was very comfortable however upon check in, there were dirty fingerprints on the kitchen cabinets as well as fresh grease spots all over stove, microwave and wall. They wiped off easily with bleach wipes. I was expecting cleaner than that.
