Relaxing Forest View Retreat Near Amazing Florida Beaches

We had an amazing stay at this duplex and would absolutely come back again! The location was perfect — peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful wild forest views from the balcony. After spending the day on the warm sunny beaches, it was so comfortable to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the quiet nature atmosphere. Coquina Beach was only about 7 minutes away by car and quickly became one of our favorite beaches in Florida. The white sand and beautiful water color were incredible, and we really appreciated the special machines cleaning the sand on morning. The beach also had convenient showers and clean bathrooms. The owners truly thought about everything. The garage was fully stocked with beach equipment — several beach chairs, a beach cart, umbrella, toys, floating rings, balls, and more. For fishing lovers, this place is a hidden gem! The owner provided multiple fishing rods, so you can simply bring your own reel and setup and start fishing from nearby shores or piers. We also left behind a shovel and sand sifter in the garage for future guests who may want to visit Caspersen Beach and search for shark teeth — a really fun family adventure. The duplex itself was very clean and beautifully designed. The rooms felt modern and comfortable, with large showers, stylish interior touches, paintings on the walls, and new appliances. It felt more like a thoughtfully designed home than a typical rental. Another nice bonus was having stores like Trader Joe's and Costco Wholesale within about 30–45 minutes, making it easy to restock groceries and ice cream supplies during the trip &#xD83D;&#xDE0A; Overall, this was one of the most comfortable and well-prepared vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. Huge thanks to the owners for creating such a welcoming place!

We have been to Cedars Resort many Times so this is clearly a sign we love the Resort an their team. This year a new Mexican Restaurant was open close by so we could walk there and on some evenings they have live music. Though they have complementary new bicycles - a few e bikes would be nice in the future. Jens + Patricia Finger
