Gorgeous beach . Updated, clean and airy rental. Perfect location. Warm and clean pool. Helpful management service. Quiet area and family friendly. Kids said their twin beds were uncomfortable but the king beds were very comfortable. Still everyone said they come again. It really is a lovely property, well run and in a great location. Sad to leave and eager to return!

A great place right on the beach. One of the smaller condo's on Long Boat Key, it doesn't feel crowded and there is room for peace and quiet.

This 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo is beautiful! Fully renovated, completely stocked (kitchen & linen closets), clean, comfortable, and just steps away from the beach. The floor plan is a bit unusual since the master bedroom (with the ensuite bathroom) is on the first floor. There is no other bathroom on the first floor. And the other large bedroom with the ocean front balcony & sitting area, (which "should" be the master bedroom)is on the second floor and shares a small bathroom with another bedroom. This was a bit of a surprise but we made it work. All in all we enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year. The RVA staff was very professional, friendly, organized and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Unit #203D at La Playa Condominiums on Longboat Key!

The property was quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect not too crowded. The beach was amazing the sunsets were an event every night! The property description is very accurate. The only thing I would add is it is in a location that you need a car.

Wonderful unit, we have stayed here multiple times! Highly recommend, if you don't mind the premium price. Now under new management (RVA), with new updates and corresponding rent rates. We will always have fond memories, but this unit is now above our budget.

This is a perfect stay right on the beach with panoramic views! The condo is lovely with everything you need from cookware, linens, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand-castle toys. It was recently renovated with beautiful furnishings, comfortable seating, large bedrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. The condo complex is quiet and well-kept with an outdoor pool, grills, hammocks, and plenty of parking. Thanks for a wonderful week and we will definitely come back for another beach trip!

This is one of the best stays at the beach. The condominium is well renovated, very clean, and nothing can beat the view and on the beach access. We especially like the spacious bedrooms and large new beds-the master upstairs has a perfect full view of the Gulf of Mexico. Thanks for a perfect vacation for our large family.

We enjoyed our stay in 203D. Beautiful unit and nice location on beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. My family has been coming to LBK for over 50 years. We’ve stayed at LaPlaya for over 20 years. We stayed with our deposit transferring over from our reservation with LaPlaya to RVA this year. Considering returning if price is more comparable to LaPlaya and other resort prices. Prices listed online are extremely high considering few Amenities and smaller pool located on roadside. Recommend if prices are more comparable. Other items: We did not get into our unit until after 6:30 on checking day due to cleaning crew arriving at 4. Shower door in upstairs bath is loose. I did call and it was shared it needs to be replaced. Also, main floor toilet flushing chain continued to come off.
