This resort was exactly what we were looking for. It is quiet, simple but adequate with amenities and in an excellent location on LBK. Quick drive in either direction to access restaurants and shops. Short drive also to neighboring islands of Lido Key and Anna Maria Island. Complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels a huge bonus. We came during off season in August, and there were hardly any other people on the beach at any given time. It felt like we had a beautiful private beach. We had a first floor unit with nice private outdoor patio. Just a few steps out your door and you are directly on the sand. What more could you ask for? Would absolutely return to this condo again!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay. Loved loved the studio, it was perfect for just me. Publix was just down the road for groceries, so location was excellent. Very quiet, everything I needed was available. Looking forward to returning.

The room was perfect. You don’t really need anything beyond a basic clean kitchen, bath and couch when the beach is just outside your door. Sue at the desk was extremely helpful. You are lucky to have her.

Our room was small but wound up working well for the two of us. The location to the beach and pool was amazing. The addition of free beach chairs made our beach time so easy to enjoy! We had an issue with the refrigerator but the management staff on site as well as the RVA staff made sure to keep good communication and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We really loved the convenience of the app that put all of the info about our stay at our fingertips.

This little nook is just what you want to feel like you are on a secluded island. The room was fully equipped and cozy. The view spectacular and loved hearing the waves crashing at night. No need for fancy restaurants, fully stocked kitchen and a Publix down the street, there's no need to leave.

We stayed in this location before but not this unit. We found the unit to be exactly what we needed. Very clean with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is perfect! Great views and sounds of the beach in a quiet area. We returned to this location for the quiet, tranquil feel, and is close to all of the things we love to do in the area. Corby Webb is awesome to work with and has helped us these last two years. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a great week of comfortable relaxation on an amazing stretch of beach. Longboat Key never disappoints us. This was our first visit to this property. It felt quaint and homey as we drove up. We arrived after hours, our welcome packet was easy to find. We were in and settled in less than 30 minutes . The suite was clean, and inviting. The property was well cared for. We enjoyed our stay very much!

this was my 4th stay there thru the years. its always been great!!! clean, modern rooms. a great peaceful beach with beautiful views. i would reccomend to anyone. ive told all my family. LOVE IT

We arrived late and our check in was effort less. The room was ready and clean. There were plenty of pillows and linens. We were brought fresh towels daily. The location of the condo is perfect. It is quiet, with a nice private beach and pool. It is located near a Publix store so we were able to stock our kitchen with necessities. Our favorite part is having our coffee on the beach in the morning! Also, having access to a washer and dryer was awesome and we were able to pack lighter.
