Our local team of professionals doesn't just sell vacations, we live and breathe this area making us the perfect group to sell your investment property. When guests call and ask specific questions about which way the sun sets on the private pool, we are right there able to describe to them in detail the many colors they can expect from that sunset. Each of our departments is managed by a professional dedicated to that particular area, unlike other management companies where team members are spread thin or never given the chance to truly invest in any one department, our team is considered experts in their particular fields.
Larry Starr, President
Larry Starr, RVA founder and President, has been serving the area’s vacation rental and real estate needs since 1989. A visionary at heart, Larry has influenced the travel market throughout the Sarasota area fostering positive growth and potential to our piece of paradise. Larry also serves as the CEO of locally-based SVN Commercial Advisory Group and he is a Past-President of the Visit Sarasota County Board of Directors.
Sean Halley, VP
Having 26 years of experience in business management, Sean holds an impressive background. Working for national luxury apartment communities and then pursuing commercial work in business management and development, speaks volumes. He became the Vice President in 2021 and his professional background makes him keen for this role.
Lauri Slade, Director of Operations
Lauri began with RVA in 2004 within our rental environment and has since moved into larger capacities of Operations Manager and most recently Director of Operations. A natural leader, Lauri oversees the housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service functions of our Operations and it is through her Management Team and dedicated drive that Lauri is able to keep our company running smoothly.
Wendy Collins, Accounting Manager
One of the few that have journeyed since the beginning, Wendy first started with RVA back in 1989 and has helped to form and shape the company into what we are today. A resident of the island of Longboat Key, Wendy’s loyalty and knowledge of the company and area has served as a role model to our variety of team members over the years. Wendy’s team oversees all financial and accounting aspects.
Arno Nasshan, Revenue Manager
Arno brings over 20+ years of travel industry experience to our team, working in various sectors of our industry from Travel Agencies to B2B Travel Wholesalers, Hotel Industries, and Vacation Rental markets. His keen eye for detail and ability to understand the logic behind the numbers and improve workflow and efficiency make him a valuable Revenue asset.
Lisa DiPano, Community Association Manager
Lisa DiPano has joined the Coastal Association Management Team as the Community Association Manager. Lisa comes to us with extensive knowledge in property management, she is a licensed Community Association Manager. Lisa moved to Southwest Florida in 2019 and began her career in property management.
Cheryl Hindle, Cedars Tennis Resort & Club Manager
Like many of our team, Cheryl also evolved within her responsibilities at RVA. Her most recent appointment as Club Manager at our Cedars East community makes her responsible for all areas of the Club. A true team player, Cheryl wears many hats from coordinating Tennis Pros, to overseeing rental activity and organizing community Club events.
Clint McRee, Resorts Manager
A key component of our Operations Team, Clint is responsible for our seven resort properties, their front desk personnel and all operational elements of each property. A member of our Operations Team for several years, Clint brings hands-on experience and market knowledge to the team.
