The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating while we needed to relocate to their location with very short notice. The AC froze up and started leaking in the first condo but they were quick to locate us to a different, better condo. Would recommend and would be happy to stay again. We are VERY picky where we stay and had no complaints.

The condo was very nice. The only thing I didn’t have any place to put my toiletries in the bathroom. Maybe the towels could go on shelves above the toilet. Then there would be room for the toiletries. The pool was great and having a washer and dryer was a great help.

What a great location. We were next to the beach, we could walk to great food spots and night life and were next to the trolly stop to go down town. Everything we needed was right there.

This is an excellent location and place to stay. The property manager bends over backwards to help you out and is very attentive to customer's needs. I'd definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends.

Location is everything when you want a beach trip and this place has it! It’s one block walk to beach with the softest beautiful white sand! Feels like flour! The condo was very nice and clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were amazing as well! We definitely will return again!

I would have liked hot water in the Kitchen and a reminder to bring dish washer soap. The repairman showed up on time to fix the hot water overflow pan and clean up that area in the closet. Filters should be cleaned on a regular basis, but no big issue for us.

The unit was the perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 2 young children. It was an awesome location being almost equidistant between both pools and then an incredibly short distance to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit could use some updated linens and towels as there was some holes/tears and stains. We checked in afterhours which went smoothly until we needed to finish the check in the next day; the office wasn't open until 9 and then I went back 3 times before someone was there. I know the front desk manager was very busy and working hard, it would have been nice to finish the process without needing to make that face to face contact to save a lot of time. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great time at this property. The pool and BBQ areas are wonderful, access to the beach is easy, the beach is fabulous. The wide front porches are a great gathering place for families. Our rental unit was comfortable and mostly good but needs some cosmetic repairs. The walls have marks, the ceiling has a small crack, the toilet seat needs replacing, I had to plunge the shower drain, the shower floor has marks, and the kitchen sink faucet needs to be repaired. Also, a Keurig coffee maker would have been nice. The rest of the property was tropical and pretty. Even with these little imperfections, we had a wonderful, fun, and relaxing visit.

It is a nice condo but says it sleeps four. I wouldn’t recommend 4 unless it was two little kids. I couldn’t imagine 4 adults, it would be cramped. It was nicely decorated and clean. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and stores which was the best part about staying there.

We really enjoyed all of the amenities, pool/hot tub, easy access to the beach, beach chairs/umbrellas, beautiful room. Loved the patio and the quiet neighborhood. We will be back!

The place is great and we had a great time . suggestion, the bedroom window needs a blackout curtain to cover the clarity at night and at sunrise
