Since no Florida getaway would be complete without direct water access - the homeowner has recently invested in a brand new 30x5 dock for your boating, fishing or soaking in the sunsets pleasures. The community of San Remo Shores is known locally as a boating community with fishing and boating right in your backyard - what more could you ask for? Or grab a few chairs and listen to the water hit the dock in the warm evening breeze. Whatever your water calling, you will find it here.

Additional features of Latitude Adjustment Home include wireless Internet access, private backyard area with a pool and firepit area, full-size kitchen, garage parking, private washer/dryer, canal views and more!

The dock is 30 feet long. There is no lift. The driveway should accommodate a truck and trailer as it has a circular part as well.

Family had the best of times. House is wonderful, spacious very well laid out. Canal access was the best thing for my kids like to kayak. Got to see dolphins in the bay. Would come back without thinking twice

The view from this house could not be beat! We so enjoyed looking at it every day. The furniture was very comfortable and it is nicely decorated. The neighbors were very nice and it was really close to the beach and Anna Maria Island. Overall it was a great experience. In hindsight I only wish the pool was screened in because of the bugs feasting on me. Other then that we loved it and would recommend it highly.

Second time staying here and really enjoyable once again. Great location just ten minutes from beaches and food shops. The street is a dead end so really quiet and safe location.

This house was exactly what it was described as. It had all the amenities you need and a little more compared to other houses we have rented in the past. The pool was perfect for the kids and the sunsets over the canal were beautiful. The location was perfect and we were only a 5-10 min drive away from anywhere we needed to go. Bradenton Beach was beautiful and well maintained. The kids loved Bridge Street and all the shops there. I would recommend this house to our friends and family.

We had a great stay. The location was convenient to heading to the island/beach for the day or going into town for groceries/stores. The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. The pool was a little chilly, but it was mid-October. The house was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We would return!

Corby was the main reason I scheduled with RVA and I'm so glad I did. Our vacation exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect in every way. Nicely updated, clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. We took our boat so having the dock right there was great! Corby is a tremendous asset to RVA with the level of friendly but professional customer service that she provides. We will be back!

We have been to this area many times but the first time we have rented a home on a canal. We always get a boat for the week so we can have at the house. We loved the canal! It was beautiful and very quiet. This house is also so close to all the restaurants we enjoy in Cortez. It was super clean and updated and beautiful decor. The pool was awesome as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four had the BEST time staying at the Latitude Adjustment Home. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. There are beach towels. So no need to pack. I packed them based on another review which takes up a lot of suitcase space. :) It was also so nice that there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys! We spent hours in the pool while we were there and had so much fun! The beds were also so comfy. We really liked the location as it so peaceful and away from the hustle bustle. The drive to the beach on the weekend can get LONG because of the traffic. But otherwise it is a quick 5-10 minute drive. My husband loves to fish so we enjoyed the wonderful doc as well. We will definitely stay here again! This place has it all! Do not hesitate to book!

Great Family house with Boat Access

This was our first time to the Bradenton area and will definitely return to the area. The home had the perfect layout and enough space for larger families. The kitchen was spacious which made it great for preparing meals with the entire family. The appearance of the home is beautiful and welcoming. The parking was great as we had out boat and there was plenty of room for our truck and trailer and 2 other cars. The back yard is what sold us on booking this property, the home had a pool and boat dock. The location was great close to everything you need. The only complaint with the dock is its very high and when the tide goes out you almost need a ladder to get in the boat and the dock bumpers need to go lower so it doesn’t damage the boats. The only complaints with the pool was the light didn’t work and we pretty much wanted to use it at night as we were on the boat during the day. Also, there was nothing telling us how deep the pool was so if our kids were younger or couldn’t swim, they wouldn’t have been able to use it. Overall, we loved the property and will likely return. If you are looking for a affordable property with EASY water access this is your house.

The home was wonderful....GREAT LOCATION AND ALL THE AMENITIES ONE COULD ASK FOR. Just a few very small things. The cleaning could use a bump up in quality. Some of the bedroom drawers were were some of the dishes. There was only 1 dish towel/rag for washing dishes, but we purchased several and left in the home. All in all...WE WILL BE BACK. Just wonderful.

We had a great time at the house. Very quite neighborhood, clean house and well equipped. Pool area was great for BBQ and have fun. Close to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was very spacious for all of us. Overall great house.

Beautiful home on the Chanel in Cortez Florida. Lovely pool and outdoor gas fireplace. Very quiet and relaxing. Caught plenty of fish off private dock. Close to multiple restaurants and shops.

We loved the extra room the house gave our family, it was close to the beaches and everything else in Anna Maria Island. We loved having our own pool and the dock for fishing! I would definitely recommend the house for families!

We enjoyed your wonderful home! Many family members in two different homes to celebrate Dad's 80th birthday who lives in Bradenton. We loved the easy access to the house for someone in a wheelchair. The open concept of the house was wonderful and the furnishings and décor were beautiful! The pool was great. This was our first time to rent a house and I'm sure it won't be our last.

We had a wonderful time ringing in 2018 in your beautiful home and appreciate you opening it up to us. The weather was quite cool this past week, so we were unable to make use of the lovely pool. The aquarium (Mote) was a great outlet for entertainment, as were the movie theatre and Robinson Nature Preserve. Hope to stay again!
