House was old and dated, it was on the beach with beautiful views! In need of maintenance. Well appointed kitchen and beech stuff. Numerous windows and ceiling fans did not operate. Popcorn ceiling and paint are chipping and peeling. Some Deck boards need replacing. Door to deck did not operate. Would like to have a light in the front of the house. Beds were comfy with plenty of linens and towels. Basically clean, carpets could use a shampoo and window well flies should be vacuumed. Would have liked a better response from management company on finding a place for next season.

We really enjoyed our stay in Christensen House. The location is phenomenal. Peaceful setting with gorgeous sunsets from the deck. The trees and vegetation surrounding the home adds to the privacy and relaxation. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you need! Lots of beach equipment/chairs as well. The RVA staff was very responsive and helpful. Special thanks to “Edmund” from RVA who was particularly helpful and professional! Would definitely love to stay here again!
