The property is obviously a well used rental unit. The furnishings are basic. The unit was very clean. The view is Fantastic. Loved waking up to the sounds of the gulf. The beach is lovely. The sunsets are incredible. We would definitely return to the building.

We absolutely loved this condo. The view is phenomenal, location on the beach was convenient. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. We realized on the first day that there was a storage room in the parking garage for our unit to use. Extremely helpful for storing all your beach supplies so you don’t have to lug it up and down the stairs multiple times of day. The best part is being able to watch the sunset from the balcony. RVA is very helpful and picking up the keys in Longboat wasn’t any inconvenience. Will be staying here again!

The check in and check out was a breeze. The unit location could not be better. Directly on the beach, the view from the balcony is perfect. You only have a short walk to the trolley stop, and there is plenty within walking distance. The pool is an added bonus. We loved our stay!

We had a week stay at Sunset Terrace and loved every minute. The beachfront condo is located in the perfect spot, just steps away from the beach. The unit does need updating, but has everything you need and is neat and clean. The biggest disappointment is the balcony being screened in, but I do understand the reasoning behind this. Would definitely stay again.

Nice 2 bedroom vacation rental right on the beach. Full kitchen with most kitchen items. Great patio with view of the gulf. Kept food in refrigerator due to many tiny ants in kitchen. Getting rid of broken and old furniture with and replacing with new would enhance it (rather than signs with do not sit- broken). Excellent location and comfortable bed. Overall it was a nice stay.
