Located beach front on beautiful Longboat Key, this resort offers all the amenities of a large hotel with the privacy and seclusion that has Silver Sands guests returning each year. Relax on our private beach, walk on our soft white sand, take a dip in our heated beachside pool, or enjoy a complimentary chaise lounge and beach umbrella while breathing in the fresh salt-water air. Practice your golf game on our putting green or relax on our beautiful beach with your favorite novel. Wireless Internet access is available in the privacy of your individual unit, at the garden area or on the pool deck.

Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort #255S will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Accommodations: Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort is a relaxing retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the northern-end of Longboat Key. Choose from our various unit styles including hotel rooms, one- and two-bedroom garden view units, and one- and two-bedroom beach front units.

Unit #255S Features: 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit in Orange Building. Includes views of both the pool and Gulf of Mexico from your private patio.

My wife and I rendezvoused with my brother and his spouse at Silver Sands in early March. Our sister winters in Bradenton so we had a great family reunion. We had so much fun that we are retuning to Silver Sand in March 202!

I would recommend Silver Sands to any of my friends. My family had a great stay here. The property was well maintained and in a great location on Longboat Key. Management on site was very helpful.

We had an amazing time at Silver Sands. The property has so many amenities to offer. We loved our unit. It was perfect for our small family and allowed us to be close to our other family staying at the property. The beach and pool were amazing and all of the staff was so nice. We would definitely stay there again!!

Clean, quiet, beautiful beach, easy access for exploring. Highly recommend the Blue Dolphin Cafe for breakfast and lunch, no dinner served &#xD83D;&#xDE14; just down the street. Nice extras like pool, Grill, chairs, umbrellas!!<br/>We will be back soon.

RELAXING- Comfortable, clean and has everything you need and more. Not an overly crowded area or beach. The sand, water and beach area were awesome, free chairs and umbrellas a plus. Staff very friendly and attentive. We’ll be back again soon! Highly recommend the Blue Dolphin for breakfast or lunch, just down the road.
