We had the opportunity to do a last minute getaway and ran across this gem. The property and location were exactly what we were looking for. Check in was quick and everyone was helpful. The weather was amazing and we loved the fact that the condo was away from the tourist area but within minutes to stores/restaurants. The beach and ocean are beautiful and reminded us of the Caribbean vacation we had to cancel in April. Our room was great! It was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved sitting out on the screened in balcony looking out at the pool and ocean. It was a treat to actually have a pool that was warm enough for me to walk right into - we spent many hours in it. This is definitely a place we will be going back to!

Spotless. Beautiful tropical grounds and pool with great ocean view. Within walking distance to a couple of great restaurants. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a great bonus!

2nd time around for us staying at this property. We were very pleased. This property is well maintained daily. Perfectly located. Absolutely beautiful. Love the layout. Amenities(kitchen) in the unit we had this time was ok, but has room for improvement like the first unit we had a couple of years ago. Margaret was the key to our stay being very satisfying. She was always making sure we had everything we needed. She greeted us everytime with a smile. Margaret went above and beyond! Thank you Margaret! She is a keeper!

We've been coming here since 1996...never been disappointed. We enjoy the second floor looking at the Gulf so you can sit quietly on your private lanai and look over the pool to the ocean! The units are clean, fairly up to date and right on the beach. Cannons Marina is just a few hundred yards away to rent a boat, St Armands Circle is 15 min away with great shopping and the Columbia Restaurant, Key Breeze Sailing in Jack's Marina for a day of sailing and so much more... Enjoy!!

After failing to book online in time, we showed up on Longboat Key with the hopes of being able to just walk in. Margaret was along at the desk, and it was raining, but she gladly got up, handed my wife a towel, and walked us to three separate units to tour. When I worried about leaving wet footprints in the ones we didn't choose, she said "no worries" and said she'd have housekeeping touch up after us. She was VERY accommodating. The unit we chose was very clean and had a wonderful view over the pool and to the ocean beyond. While the lighting available in the living room and bathroom was very dim (new-appearing fixtures but not much light coming out of them), we could make up for it by spending time at the very pleasant pool (some floats provided), on the beach, or on the very large screened porch. If/when we return to Longboat Key, I'm sure we'll stay here again!

From the start it was about 30 min from the Sarasota airport. The ladies in the office were super friendly. Our room was very clean and nice had every thing we needed. A beautiful view of the ocean. Steps away from the ocean. The beach was beautiful. Felt like our own private beach there were only a few people on it every day. The town was very quaint not busy at all.

The unit had everything we needed: kitchen, balcony, living area, bedroom. Everything was clean and homey. Our view of the Ocean was perfect. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My only issue is that guests are allowed to smoke in the beach. Overall, I would stay here again.

The place was perfectly located! Loved that the beach and the pool were so close.. the kids loved the putt putt.. they played that all week.. the rooms could have been cleaner .. Even if they didn’t come clean everyday they should have dropped towels, soap, detergent etc.. At least made sure we had that type of stuff everyday..

The location is excellent. Right on a beautiful, quiet beach and in a great location on the key close to both Armonds Circle and Anna Marie island. Pool is perfect as well. Bathroom is small but the rest of the unit nice for 2 people staying for a wek or so. Property could use a bathroom in the pool area.

Perfect location, had never been to Longboat Key before, would recommend renting a car if you don't drive to this location, most places you will want to see you can't walk to. Beach is beautiful!

We stayed at Silver Sands #254 for 6 nights and the Condo was well maintained and the the Staff was fantastic. The location was a one-minute wall to the beach and the heated swimming pool was awesome. In addition, the location on Longboat Key was close to some excellent restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back in the future. RVA was a great choice for rental services.

We reserved this room for the Labor Day weekend 2019. We live on the east coast of Florida. A hurricane was approaching, so I called to cancel. It was suggested to me to reschedule instead, which I was glad to do. I chose my hubby’s birthday weekend! He was glad to celebrate there. The entire place was lovely. Our room was in a fantastic location. We love watching the sunset! Only one thing there caused me to have a sad face.... I’m extremely spoiled about my bed. We have a lovely memory foam bed. The bed in the condo wasn’t comfy to me. This is the only problem I had and would rent this condo again. The pool was much fun to swim in and the short walk out to the beach was lovely.

Thank you for your comments, and we can appreciate a good memory foam mattress. We would love to have you again soon!
