Practice your golf game on our putting green or relax on our beautiful beach with your favorite novel. Wireless Internet access is available in the privacy of your individual unit, at the garden area or on the pool deck.

Accommodations: Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort is a relaxing retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the northern-end of Longboat Key. Choose from our various unit styles including hotel rooms, one- and two-bedroom garden view units, and one- and two-bedroom beach front units.

Unit #252 Features: 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit in the Green Building with a direct pool view and a distant Gulf view from your private patio.

We love the fact that the condo was located on the beach which was also private. Especially with the COVID-19 crisis we were able to really enjoy the beach without the crowd of a public beach. Check in and out was simple and very convenient (contact less) which was a plus. Completed all the paperwork online and by email. The VRBO app also made it easy to get information such as local restaurants. The condo was clean and neatly decorated. I only wish the description would have mention that the kitchen comes fully furnished with all the essentials (dish ware, pots, blender, toaster, etc).

14 family members celebrated 60th Birthday. We arrived to a chocolate cake in the Frig just waiting our arrival. we had 4 units, and the best time every. Favorite beach in Florida, come relax and enjoy old Florida with family and friends. We have been going for 40 years

We enjoyed our short stay at Silver Sands very much. The view of the beach from the room was beautiful and the beach was great! We celebrated our anniversary with lunch at the Columbia Restaurant, St. Armands Circle, Sarasota, which we enjoyed very much.

This is a superb location with great views. Could use some updated furniture and kitchen supplies but overall a pleasant experience. This is the 4th time we stayed at Silver Sands and 2nd time in this unit.

This was our 4th time staying at Silver Sands. Our Condo had a view of the Gulf and the pool. The condo was clean and accommodated our needs. The staff was helpful and attentive. The pool was heated and very clean. We booked another stay next year.

We loved this unit from the moment we walked in. The kitchen had all the amenities for preparing our own meals. (Publix is very close by). The refrigerator has an ice maker. The bathroom is tiny with a very small accent mirror, which my wife and I had to duck down for. The view was great, overlooking the pool and beach. (A very short walk) Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The sunsets were amazing! Disappointed that the bedroom had no mirror. The mattress was very squeaky and soft. Closet could use more hangers. We had an issue with the toilet early on, but Ryen was very prompt in resolving it. If you are looking for a quiet spot to unwind and chill, this is the perfect place!

This was our second year in a row staying at Silver Sands Resort in Longboat Key, Florida. Just a different unit (252). We love this place and it's accommodations. The pool is heated and the beach is only a few steps away. The people in the office to the cleaning crew are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ryne. Our unit was perfect for our needs and had a great view of the pool and Gulf.

From the time we arrived to the time we left, our stay was amazing. The front office was available to talk with if you need any services. Maid service to keep your room clean was top notch. We stayed in the “circus room”the decorations were interesting but was very educational. We learned about was the circus and it long ties to Florida meant. Highly recommend the room and this place. Minutes to the beach and view from room was amazing. RVA never disappoints!

A very well maintained property right on the beach! The location is right between Anna Maria and Sarasota, so there are a lot of options when it comes to food and activities. Umbrellas and chairs are readily available and convenient.<br/>
