The staff were awesome and responsive to any problems. The pool is nice and well maintained. This is a small complex so the pool is very seldom busy. There are 2 grills next to the pool to use to cook. The complex is right on the beach which is very beautiful. There are several beach lounge chairs at the complex to use. The unit we stayed in only has 2 rooms a bathroom and an open room that contains the bed, small dining table, and a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Only 1 window which faces the parking lot. The unit was clean and the bed is comfortable but understand you can easily hear through the walls. There is a shared laundry area at the complex which takes quarters. The area around the complex is nice and several places to eat and shop are nearby. This is the 2 nd time staying at this location and have been pleased both times.

Silver Sands Resort is a lovely area to rent for a vacation get away. We loved the pool and the beach so very much! We will stay here again; but, next time we will rent a larger apartment. #251A is very small; and, we have decided next time we need a kitchen for sure! The walls in this unit are also very thin. We could hear our neighbors all the time. Otherwise, though, this area is absolutely the best location! The beach is gorgeous; and, we were close to Anna Maria and St. Armand's. We love Silver Sands and we will reserve again for sure!!

First time using VRBO, was pleasantly surprised. Had an amazing get away with my spouse of 40 years on the Gulf of Mexico. Silver sands did not disappoint. Room was fantastic and had everything we needed. Resort was clean and well maintained. Beach views were incredible. Sunsets indescribable. We will be back, hopefully to stay longer next time. Area restaurants had some of the best seafood we have ever eaten! Thank you to all that made our short stay so pleasant!

It was older, but very clean. All amenities such as pool, shuffle - board, mini golf, BBQ grills, chairs FCFS, very short walk to private beach. Staff very welcoming and helpful.<br/>
