This was the our second time visiting this property. We found everything to be clean and in good working order except for the Comcast TV remotes that need replacement. The beach, restaurants, Long Boach Village and Long Boat Key ingeneral were beautiful as always. We had a fun and relaxing time, and enjoyed hanging out with people we had met on our previous visit in 2022.

A beautiful property on the Florida Gulf Coast, the house suited our needs perfectly. There is one bedroom and bath downstairs and one upstairs. In addition, stairs need to be climbed to get into the house, which would be an issue for someone who couldn't do that. The house is in a lovely old school Florida part on the island, and the next island to the north, Anna Maria, is easy walking distance, as is the very uncrowded wide white sand public beach, where on a lot of days you can clearly see the bottom in five feet of water. The water was warm enough to be swimmable until mid-December. Hurricane Ian barely missed Longboat just before our stay, but things were clean and in good shape when we arrived. The inside of the house was nice but not lavish, but there are many much more expensive options close by for anyone needing something fancier or with more space.

controlling the air condition was complicated. Not very straight forward, otherwise all was good. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a monthly rental.
