A great experience, amazing place near food locations and only 200 meters from the beach. The apart is better than pictures, very clean and you have all things you need. The pool had warm water. People in the Condo is very friendly. We felt very comfortable Very safe and quite place. Perfect place to enjoy with family We are going to come back

Christy was Excellent to work with, she made the rental experience easy and comfortable. You never know when you are booking from one part of the country to another and she was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Not to mention, she was helpful when we had to evacuate because of the hurricane! RVA is lucky to have her!! Also, RVA gets huge points for comping us because we had to leave due to Ian! No refund but Christy helped with a credit for our next stay! RVA and Christy are the best - we will definitely book with them again!! 5 Stars!! Thank you Christy!! As for the condo, it had everything we needed, Nice Big condo, Perfect location, easy walk to the beach and almost too close to Kilwin's - yummy! Highly recommend!!

We walked in and were amazed by the size and how nice and clean everything was. The pictures did not do it justice, in fact I would update them to show how nice everything was. The location was great, town was literally a walk around the corner a 1 minute walk. The beach was tops a 5 minute walk away. We preferred south Lido beach as we had kids and the shell hunting was amazing. That was approximately a 5 minute drive away. The condo unit had everything we needed to make the week great. We did some cooking inside and found what we needed to make it work. I wish it would have listed that you had a beach chair and boogey board as I did not see that and we took our own. But they did have that along with some sand toys which was fantastic. The shared laundry room was nice and you can download an app to keep track of how long it will take and pay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and for the location, it was quiet. We did have an issue with the shower not working properly in the guest room while we were there. The renters did get it taken care of as quickly as they were able and they were easy to get ahold of. A couple of things we pointed out before we left and a couple of other things I thought of later were, the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were quite squeaky. No fans in the unit if you like to sleep with noise. Some beach towells would be nice to have on location to save room with packing. Also, brochures of different restaurants with menus and things to do in the area would have been nice. You did have a list of some things, but there is a ton more. Hope you don't mind but we left some that we gathered. Also the location of where the laundry room and where the big trash cans for the untis were located would have been handy. But honestly, those where such minor things over all the great things they had. I would go again and would highly recommend this unit.

My husband and i vacation in the Lido area every year and we were unable to get out normal condo. We found this online and although it was more expensive, it was worth it to us to get out of town!! The property was beautiful and the condo was spacious and clean.

Excellent location immediately off St Armand's Circle, yet far enough not to be bothered by noise. Our family of four found it an ideal location for walking to the beach and shops. Great off street parking space. Well-equipped and clean. Pool are a very nice plus. Guests should note that the apartment does not have a controlled access corridor outside its exterior door. Instead, the apartment's door opens to an open-air hallway with open access to the outside. Some might prefer the extra security of a locked building door.
