Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Island Paradise will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

We enjoyed our stay in our rental home on LBK. When we arrived the home was ready for us and was exceptionally clean, well equipped and suited all our needs. The staff at RVA were very helpful, friendly and professional. We are renting from RVA for our next stay.

Our stay on LBK at Island Paradise was great. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach, the grocery store and lots of restaurants. the view with a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the water across the street, fabulous!! the pool wasn't working up to par, but usable. Not a fan of the white carpeting in the house - this is probably the only negative comment I have to say about the house. the management company was very responsive if something needed to be fixed (light bulbs out in the laundry room). they were very responsive.

The house is dated but it filled our needs. The layout of the house is very good for families. It is a very good value for the space . The pool area is very nice and great for the grandkids, a nice walk to a very nice beach as well, close to a wonderful grocery store. We had a couple of issues but they were quickly taken care of by RVA. A quiet neighborhood , which was great. All in all, a great house for the money.
