Welcome to Hibiscus Condo on Anna Maria Island by RVA. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation condominium has spectacular views stretching south across the Sarasota skyline. Relax on the patio of this second floor Bradenton Beach condominium rental, or in the shared pool and watch the dolphins play and the sailboats drift by. The world-famous sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria Island are only a few steps away, along with Historic Bridge Street which is home to many unique shops and restaurants. When you enter the home you’ll find it warm and inviting with its open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances and sprawling granite countertops. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or tea on the covered patio while the sun comes up and take a short walk to the beach to take in some of the best sunsets anywhere. The master suite features a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet.

This rental can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and comes equipped with all the amenities of home. You will also have elevator access from the garage included in your reservation. Grab those fishing poles and head out to the dock to try your hand at a fresh catch of the day - the shared dock is available for fishing and dolphin watching (no boats permitted). If you want to explore you can take advantage of the free trolley with stops along the full length of the island. Whatever your vacation plans, we promise Hibiscus Condo will check all of your boxes. In fact, many of our guests return year-after-year to soak up the Florida sunshine in this island spot.

Garage: Located on the south-side of the building. It is 1-car deep; no trucks permitted.

Entry: There is one shared elevator in the garage that goes to each floor. A key is provided to guests that will to specifically to your assigned floor. There is also a stairwell on the North side of the building that will access the front door of the condo entering thru the living room space.

My hubby and I road tripped from KY to AMI. we had stayed at this condo once before and loved it. We love the porch most. The birds and boats are lovely. We love the location and spent lots of time on the beach. The condo is great.

This was a great property! Very well decorated and furnished. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great week. There is access to a garage space that allowed us to pull in our beach cart. Speaking of the beach, while this house is on the harbor/sound side, the beach is a short block away with public access 500 feet from the property driveway. 2 blocks away from Bridge Street and the pier with restaurants, bars, and live music.

We go on family trip every year to AMI at Christmas and try to stay as close as possible to Bridge st. The Hibiscus location was at a great location and we really enjoyed staying there for the most part. The biggest drawback is the parking situation. There is only room for (1) vehicle and that's even tough sometimes at times. We havea a lot of friends and family down on AMI the same time as us. There was no place for them to park if they wanted to stop by. Because of that we probably will not be staying there again. If you're not concerned about the parking it's a great place to stay.

We loved our stay in Hibiscus and look forward to coming back again. It was perfectly located on the bay where we sat with our coffee every morning and walked across the street for evening sunsets.

Anna Maria Island is lovely and we had a wonderful time. Hibiscus Condo checked all the boxes, the condo was stunning and the view of the bay a treat. Loved watching the boats, seeing the fish swim under the lighted dock at night and even saw a few dolphins swim by. The location could not be better, short walk to Bridge Street, the Gulf a block away and Trolley stop at end of street. RVA was very helpful and responsive. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. Condo was very clean and well appointed, the outside patio's floor needed a little cleaning but interior was spotless.

Our stay at the Hibiscus condo met every expectation. It had a well appointed kitchen, accommodations were very comfortable and the location and views could not be better. We watched the sunrise every morning from the deck overlooking the bay and walked 2 minutes to see sunsets over the ocean. The location is also in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Hibiscus is located in a perfect place...just steps from the beach and steps from Bridge Street. The view from the condo fantastic! The only problem we had was parking there is only room for 1 car even though the condo can sleep up to 8.
