Great stay. Place was clean, location great, friendly staff <br/>Would suggest preparing bathroom window to open to cut down on mold, some new frying pans, a mop and a few more dishtowels.

Have stayed with RVA travel group several times with no issues. After using a different travel agencies for a different trips I appreciate RVA all the more. I feel they aim to please and truly want everyone to have a great new memorable vacation.

We love longboat key. It's not over developed and everyone is friendly. The beach is long and easy to walk. There is a bike lane the full length of the island. We surf fished and rode our bikes every day. We ate fresh seafood every day. Cabana beach club #5 is a perfect place for two people to stay. The only issues we had were: the property needs a good skillet and a new router.

We were extremely pleased with Cabana #5. It was just as described/pictured in the ads. The only problem we experienced was rain for 2 of our 3 days! No seriously, we did have a problem with the wifi which was taken care of promptly by the maintenance man. We would definitely rent here again.

The only things that we had a problem with were the fact of having to wait for the hot water...sometimes over 5 minutes. Seems like a waste, but probably due to having an on demand hot water system. The other being the whistling sounds coming from all of the windows and the electrical panel. The return air for the A/C is being pulled through the breaker panel behind the picture in the hallway, creating a lot of dust in the panel and wall. Not sure where the return air for the A/C is suppose to be? I’m guessing it is 100% outside air?

We've been coming to Cabana Beach Club for many years now, having discovered it "accidentally" through an internet search when looking for a place to stay a few days near Sarasota for a family matter. We have had a good time every year we've returned. The apartment is clean, well-maintained and has most everything we've needed. But the beach is the best.

Love this condo! We’ve stayed at this location before but in a different condo. Loved that this condo has a view of the ocean from kitchen window. <br/>My husband and I stayed for the weekend for a short anniversary trip. We will definitely be back. Love this location. The Condo Was clean and decorated nicely. Everything was perfect

Always a great place to stay, beach is nice, clean pool, quiet small place. The home is furnished nicely and bed comfortable. The kitchen utensils and dishes are not as nice as I would expect. Will take our own blender next time. We took our own silverware as what is supplied was from the .99 cent store and looked like kids silverware. Overall, you will be happy with the location, amenities and BEACH.

We had several units at CBC for a family gathering and while there were differences in details, it worked out great! Great location and while it's an older property, that is part of the charm. #5 was cute and tidy but not quite as well equipped, nor as well maintained, as the other units .No major problems though and I'm fairly certain anything major would have been quickly resolved if we'd needed as management was very accommodating and responsive.

We stayed at Cabana Beach Club #5 Longboat Key. The place was better than expected! Mostly updated and very clean. The ad mentioned "facing the pool" how true, but, you could also see the ocean from the unit. The beach was about 1 minute walk out the back with lounge chairs available to use. There is a nice cookout area with 2 Weber Grills. The location is perfect to go out and have fun at a local bar or restaurants. We would have no problem renting this again.
