A quiet charming condo ....one of our favorites in Longboat key..very clean and the sunsets are picture perfect..the mattresses could be upgraded as they are becoming very soft. Other than that it’s A+++<br/>

This is always our first choice. So comfortable, and has everything you need. We added a screw device for the umbrellas that helps keep them steady when breezy out. Had fun with the boogie boards!!

Beautiful location, just a few steps to the beach! Quiet area, rental was super comfortable and clean. Loved being able to hear the ocean while we were in the rental. Evenings were spent either on the back porch or walking barefoot on the beach. Loved it so much!

The location couldn't be beat. The View was beautiful and the closeness to the beach was perfect. The unit we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay again

We've stayed at Cabana many times but this is the first time in the 2BR unit. The extra space was terrific and so nice to be closer to the beach. The unit is in excellent condition and very quiet. It's not huge--4 adults would be comfortable--but has nice space. And you can't beat the beach.

We had 2 couples for a three night stay. It was a wonderful place to kick back and enjoy the beach. The condo was clean, all the appliances worked properly and were updated. The washer and dryer in the unit was a definte plus! The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the small side, but were furnished nicely and clean, clean, clean! I would stay here again! PS the view is the best!

Enjoyed a couple of nights right on the beach. The sunsets were beautiful and the beach was not crowded. The unit was well stocked and clean. The kitchen and baths have been updated and the furniture was new and comfortable.

We stayed 6 days in a modern condo on the beach with a nice patio to use sitting and watching the ocean and sunsets. The beach felt very private. There is a short path from the condo to the beach with plants and other greenery which enhances the experience. The condo is modern and homey. We found some wonderful restaurants nearby that are very friendly with excellent food and you have to get to Harry’s just half a mile away for a restaurant dinner( in or out) and a deli that sells ready-made food and a small shop that carries supplies. St. Armand’s circle , just a short drive away, offers many restaurants and shops for evening enjoyment. Just 20 minutes away is downtown Sarasota for theater , museums and evening life!

We had a minor issue with the unit we rented when we checked in. We contacted the management company and headed out to grab a bite to eat while they worked on a solution for us. They continued to work after hours, and got it resolved well above our expectations. The unit we were in was fantastic, clean, and very relaxing. Better than the unit was the service. We truly could not have asked for more, and we’ll be back again as a result.

We were so thankful we were able to save your vacation. Thank you for the kind words - our employees really do go above and beyond!

We only had a couple of days at this beautiful 2bed/2bath condo. The lanai look right at the ocean. It was amazing. The unit is fresh, clean, updated and had everything we needed. We will be back!

We stay here every year and love it! This year was perfect. The condo was so clean, it is so well stocked so you have everything you need. There isn’t much reason to leave. We love grilling in the grill area. This year, we saw a loggerhead turtle nesting, played with manatees (literally 5 of them let everyone pet them), saw dolphins. The fact that you are right on the beach is amazing. The only complaint was the woman who owns the house 2 properties over kept coming up to people on the beach telling them (and us at one point) that we were too close to her property line. We were not close to the stretch of beach in front of her home at all. <br/>Other than that, it was just perfect. Can’t wait to return.

Overall nice condo. Kitchen was spacious and clean except for a few dishes that needed washed. Be aware. View of the sunsets was amazing. Master bedroom was very small and bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Also for some reason the water flow in back bedroom was very low. 2nd bedroom would be great for kids. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would not stay here again because there were no restaurants, shopping or grocieries within walking distance.

We had a little confusion with the keyless entry at first but it got squared away. The condo itself has been recently renovated and is very practical and clean, even though the outside of the property could be a little better maintained.
