We spent the weekend here and it was great. Thr location and view was perfect. The beach was just a few steps away and was very private without many crowds. Having access to stores nearby like Publix and CVS were also very convenient. Definitely plan on staying here again.

We have stayed at the Beach for 2 years now. We love being close to the beach, and the condo has a kitchen so we can stay in and cook and there are plenty of places close by to eat out. The people there are friendly and accommodating.

If you want no frills, but perfect convenience and ideal location this is the rental for you. We met up with a group of friends for a day at the beach and BBQ food on site. It was so nice to have chairs on the beach for us to use and a grill and tables to use next to the pool when we needed a shade break. LOVED IT!

Our stay was short, but enjoyed very much. We are planning to visit again this coming summer. It is walking distance to the beach, so our girls enjoyed the beach and the pool! It was clean, and well provided as far as dishes; linens; towels; and the washer and dryer helped out.

My family and I enjoyed our 1st stay at The Beach. We loved the fact that it was small and intimate. The view from our room was amazing. Loved the fact that we could open the windows and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We look forward to coming back in hopes to emit the beach. Unfortunately with Red Tide we just stuck to the pool, but the kids loved it. Truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well taken care of each and every day!

The unit looked exactly as it did on-line which was a pleasant surprise. The only cons were having to request maid service even though I paid for daily maid service and also left the sign on the door all day. Also, there were numerous lounge chairs on the beach that had broken straps so could not be used. These should be removed/replaced. All in all, a good experience.

Exceptionally clean. Great property management staff. Online did not mention of unit having a washer/dryer --- bonus! Many condos don't offer daily maid service --- great feature!

This cute condo totally fit the bill for our holiday weekend getaway. We loved being by the stunningly beautiful water and having a pool. The condo building was equipped with reclining chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The beach was not crowded and we were joined by all kinds of wildlife (seagulls, Grey heron, pelicans, fish to catch). We love it here and hope to be back soon.
