Wonderful location right on the beach, just steps away. The unit is small, but perfect for the two of us. Love the sunset facing balcony. Few other occupants to compete with. Felt private and secluded.

This is my husband and I's first time staying on Long Boat Key. This location was great and we loved being right on the beach with the pool set up. Really can't say enough about the view, just beautiful! It is small but it's really all you need because you spend your time outside. My only little issue would be the screen door was hard to open and close and the paint was chipping off. Which I'm sure is harder to maintain as your right on the beach with the salt air etc... I hope to come back again!

The unit and resort were absolutely perfect for our anniversary trip! The resort was smaller meaning we had plenty of space on the beach. The provided beach chairs and umbrellas were very appreciated. The heated pool was wonderful, but could have used some lighting for the early evenings. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit The Beach on Longboat Key again!!

Overall, our stay was very good. Staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. We did have an A/C-roof issue that caused some water in the room but it was addressed immediately. Location was great! Close to everything but far enough away for privacy. Room was very nice; kitchen area was small [as expected] but, surprisingly stocked with everything we needed for breakfast or lunch meals. Also very close to a Publix for our food and beverage needs. Beach was great and easy to access. Would definitely go back!

Our stay was fabulous! We loved our room with its grand view of Gulf of Mexico. Nightly visits from the big blue heron and 3 bunny rabbits were cool. I only had one complaint and that was about housekeeping. I wish I would have been better informed as to if and when they were coming and where to dispose of my trash, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at The Beach at Longboat Key. Our accommodations were excellent. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of baths towels and beach towels. It was nice to be able to have a washer and dryer to use if needed. The patio area has a beautiful view of the gulf with just a short walk to the beach. Beach Chairs and umbrellas available which makes it so convenient and the pool was kept very nice and clean. The office staff was very nice. We would recommend it to anybody who wants a relaxing stay by the beach. Our only concern is there should be a grab bar in the bathroom for safety reasons and more lighting on the outside stairway.

We live on the North Gulf Coast and love our beaches here. We also find Longboat Key to be relaxing and beautiful. "The Beach" is a small complex and never crowded in our multiple visits, even when all 15 units are occupied. Affordable, beautiful, with fine shopping and restaurants close.

We wanted a beach vacation and got a great one, Longboat Key is quiet yet close enough to plenty of shopping and restaurants of all kinds. The Beach is an older building yet well kept. Great little pool with balcony and fantastic sunsets. The room was small but functional and clean.

This place was lovely! The unit was super clean and newly updated. The bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony was great, during the afternoon showers, and to watch the sunset. Our favorite part was walking on the beach at dawn when no one was out, and there were cool shells to find. We brought a small air fryer from home to cook a few easy meals, but also ate out some. Had an amazing meal at Walt’s Fish Market, which is famous for having the freshest seafood around. In our opinion the best breakfast spot was Long Beach Cafe. The staff here was super helpful and friendly. We have stayed here before, and hope to be back. This was our favorite unit! There’s plenty of fun things to do in the area.

Tidy and updated condo with unbelievable views of the Gulf. Staff could not have been more accommodating and Clint went above and beyond to assist us on a very hot day when we were traveling without our own vehicle and had luggage to store. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with nice amenities and extra items there for convenience. (The charger blocks for small electronics on the bedside tables were much appreciated and avoided our having to hunt for nearby outlets). Overall, very nice and would stay again any time!

Far away from the big high-rises and masses of people congregated into them, an easy access building is this wonderfully small two-story complex. Easy in.. Easy park. Easy entry. Perfectly sized with everything you need for a two person unit.I could’ve stayed there forever and lived on the balcony not only enjoying the birds and the bunnies below and above, but the glorious view and quick access to the sand. Quiet. Respectful guests. Perfect! Unpretentious! We hope & have to return someday!
