Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of The Beach on Longboat Key #224 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Accommodations: The Beach on Longboat Key is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, located mid-island on Longboat Key. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, hotel, one- and two-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums including LCD, flat-screen TVs, full-sized kitchen or kitchenette with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dining area, and modern, yet beachy, décor.

Unit 224 reflects pride of ownership. This 2nd floor location is the best of the resort. Its welcoming entry, comfortable balcony, and heart-stopping views provide the magic. As a delightful bonus, access to a nearby sister property and Hugo II restaurant was prearranged. Stupendous dining.

Great location with a beautiful view and perfect beach access. Room was smaller than expected but had all the amenities and necessities we needed. Free laundry. Location is convenient, close to St. Armand Circle, easy drive to Anna Maria Island. Note: No elevator to second floor.

We were in longboat key for just a short while. A quick getaway. This place was very nice, very clean, and very accommodating. I don’t think there’s another place on the island that put you as close to the water as the beach. We will definitely be back.

We were in Longboat Key for a wedding and decided on this condo by the pictures and reviews. It did not disappoint. The pictures are exactly what the condo looked like. It was clean when we arrived. The view of the ocean was spectacular! We loved sitting on our balcony with our morning coffee and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Loved walking on the beach and collecting shells. We haven’t stopped talking about it. We will be back!

We love the RVA properties we have visited in the Sarasota area. It’s been a really good experience. The staff is east going and the rooms are clean and close to the beach. Really love the corner ground floor unit at the beach at longboat key!

Quaint small condo building and condo right on the beach. Beautiful views, comfy bed, small but adequate combined kitchen and living area. Perfectly met our needs. Amazing sunsets and gulf views from the patio. We would definitely stay here again.

Just as described. Perfect location and views. The kitchen had everything we needed and for the staff...one was nicer than the next! Sidney was extremely helpful and answered our questions. We even saw her out and about on the premises many times, cleaning and straightening up. We can’t wait to book this location again.

Even better than expected. Great view from the balcony, and the couch inside. Well maintained. You can hear voices thru the walls, from the people next door, but only while in the living area, and it wasn’t very often. The view from this second floor condo, is one of the best! Private beach, due to residences in the area instead of hotels. Wonderful experience! We’ll be back.

We have vacationed many times- at least a week each year for the past 5 years and sent several friends and family members. We love this place! It was a bit disappointing this time due to some issues with the TV and the bathtub not draining properly. We will still visit but may opt for a different unit next time, even tho this is our favorite. I still recommend for a relaxing beach vacation. The unit was cleaned and sanitized and the staff is very helpful. We felt safe visiting during the pandemic.
