Stopped in Longboat Key for a couple days on the way to Sanibel. RVA did not disappoint.#220 was a perfect size for the limited time we were there passing through.

Every thing was great. Perfect location with the pool and ocean! Nice to have the grill. Would have liked a normal height table, not bar height. Would definitely go again.

We had a great time on Longboat Key. Found several amazing restaurants on the island and never had to leave. The property was just what we needed- very convenient and quiet. We will definitely be back.

This unit is perfect for a couple looking for a beach front property at a reasonable rate. It was clean and updated. The water pressure was nice. It was great having the chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. We wound up spending most of our time at the beach because of this convenience. The beach was LOVELY and the water was warm and clear. The only complaint is the window AC unit. It was a little loud and at the peak heat hours, the room became a bit stuffy. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Such a great experience! Every detail was perfect! Room and property were clean, visually appealing, and had everything I needed for a relaxing escape on the island. The staff were friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure every detail was attended to. Check in and check out emails were thorough so there were no questions. Just a great experience.

This was a great location for a few beach days while moving our daughter into college. The room was nice and clean. There were plenty of beach chairs available on a beach that was not crowded in the least bit. The only complaint I would have is that the AC unit is right next to the bed and is jarringly loud when it kicks on. It woke us up several times in the night.

Location was amazing. Check in and out was so easy. We were a late arrival and it was so quick to grab keys and go up to bed. We are looking to stay here again in the near future.
