Accommodations: The Beach on Longboat Key is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, located mid-island on Longboat Key. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, hotel, one- and two-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums including LCD, flat-screen TVs, full-sized kitchen or kitchenette with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, private patio or balcony (2 brdms only), dining area, and modern, yet beachy, décor.

Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of The Beach on Longboat Key #101 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles, and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Pleasant on-site check-in and check-out experience. Unit 101 was clean and comfortable; the location is great - easy access to the pool and the beach is just a few steps further. The Beach is centrally located on the island - close to the grocery and dining. We'll be back.

The master bedroom is spacious-the king size bed VERY comfortable. Bed in den also very comfortable. 2 baths. 1shower one tub. Living area very nice, very clean, lanai spacious and private with easy access to pool. Kitchen had nice appliances and eat-in area. Easy access onto Gulf of Mexico Drive-lots of restaurants within a short drive-be sure to check out Lazy Lobster and go over bridge to Cortez-Seafood Shack-great food and prices-seafood super fresh. My husband and I would highly recommend The Beach!

Rental unit 101 was as promoted by the RVA site. Walking from the lanai to the pool deck took 5 steps through a dedicated gate. Access to the beautiful beach was a short walk further. This rental had all of the necessities covered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. I have never had a staff as helpful and pleasant to work with for a beach vacation as the staff at RVA. The unit was clean, everything worked, it was exactly as represented. Location is wonderful if you want more secluded. If you want to be in the middle of the action,this ain't that. Parking is tight but manageable. I will stay again

We stay at Longboat every summer. This year we stayed in a condo at “The Beach” on the first floor. The Beach 101 is now our favorite. It’s quiet and secluded on Longboat Key. Easy open parking lot. There is an office on the first floor that handles anything you need from towels and coffee to recommendations on local restaurants. Walk straight out onto the beach or the pool. You can go into Sarasota or Tampa for attractions and shopping. There is plenty to do within quick driving distance and a Publix just down the road. Highly recommend. We have 3 young children and Room 101 was the absolute best. Private pool access, first floor convenience, plenty of room to spread out and live comfortably for long stays. (Oh, and the owner’s personally checked us in and made sure everything was to our liking throughout the stay. Great service!)

Unit location can't be beat - short walk out patio to pool and walkway to beach. And close to Longboat and Sarasota activities. Spacious unit and big kitchen. Easy check in - they have an office onsite. Quick responses from managers.

condo was perfect, comfortable bed, updated kitchen nice layout. this unit right next to the beach pool, and quick walk to the beach. Great evening sunsets. Plan to come back and bring the family. I would definitely Recommend.

This beach is this area is just gorgeous. The area is quiet but convenient to shopping, restaurants and other activities. If you want a quiet relaxing time just steps to the beach, pool and amazing sunsets, this is a great little place.

Steps away from the beach. A very well maintained property. Only constructive suggestion is to replace the standard patio tables and chairs with higher ones so you can see over the Sea Oats. Other than that, it was everything we could ask for.
