Access is steps away thru a shared community gate; the code to the gate is provided upon arrival. A strip of beach is designated for our guests private use; along with our complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas (available outside the office on a first-come, first-served basis). For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

Great location for the price. Two minute walk from the beach and five minute walk to restaurants. Heated salt water pool was great. Natural gas grills along side the pool is very convenient. Pool/beach kids stuff located on site. Had a toilet handle break and was fixed the same day. Customer service was great. We have a family of 6 and this place accommodated everything we needed.

Great access to the beautiful white sand beaches with a quiet, cozy retreat after long days in the sun. Easy walk back to the condo for lunch. All the amenities you could need for a home away from home stay. A mile or so away from the public beach and shops, if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle but a quick ride to the action.

It was a good experience. My initial phone call before our trip asking a parking question was met with a rude office employee but I must have caught her on an off day because subsequent office questions were answered with helpful and friendly responses. We loved being steps from the beautiful beach with the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Loved the big front porch, pool and hot tub and being so close to Point of Rock. The space was clean but could use a little maintenance. We fixed the frig door and the bathroom towel bar. It’s time for some fresh paint in all of the rooms. No one monitors the set quiet hours and we could hear (and not sleep) each time there was a pool or hot tub party.

Great location for beach and dining. Clean but not well stocked with kitchen dishes or cooking pans. A small instruction card for both the remotes for the TVs and the dishwasher would have been helpful. It was cooler than usual while we were there and the staff advised us there no additional blankets, we had one for a unit that was suppose to sleep six. Otherwise, the staff tried to help whenever asked. Thank you to Emilee and Shawna for their assistance. We would stay again because of location and cleanliness.

Everything was clean. The Check-in and check out was a breeze. The office is very close to the condo and they were more then helpful with our questions. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here in the future!

Perfect spot for a quick Spring getaway. Convenient location: parked the car when we arrived, didn’t move it until we left! Short walk to the beautiful beach, only a couple of blocks from shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and evening conversations. Pool area is a beautiful oasis tucked in the middle of the property! Lovely landscaping. Friendly and accommodating staff. We’ll be back!!

We were very happy with our stay, from our check in to check out. Super close to water (morning walks on the beach) and the option of two bedrooms and two full baths was so nice! Full kitchen. We didn’t utilize the kitchen as we stayed mostly at another family’s home but this will be a return visit for us and will be so nice to walk back for drinks/food instead of packing a full cooler of it all. <br/>Quiet enough but right in the heart of it all. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and relaxing week! Walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals, and a beautiful beach access. Hotel staff was amazing, condo was clean, and kitchen was full with plenty of cooking pans and dishes. The beds were firm, but that is our only complaint. We would stay here again.

I scoured the state for a place at the beach that would equally accommodate 2 couples. Two king beds in this very clean and updated place was perfect. We stayed in and cooked dinner ourselves most nights.
