Access is steps away thru a shared community gate; the code to the gate is provided upon arrival. A strip of beach is designated for our guests private use; along with our complimentary beach umbrellas (available outside the office on a first-come, first-served basis). For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

First time stay at this location and it was great! Easy walk to beach, food, drinks, etc. Several great locations to choose from. Friendly staff and very nice accommodations for our family of 6. Likely that we will return.

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment on second floor. Short walk to beach with gate access. Parking free and on site. Convenient to walk to several restaurants Free trolley that takes you to Siesta Key village. Could need a new coffee machine, like Keurig, otherwise everthing was available.

This is our third time in this property, we love the location and property, how ever, the AC unit in one of the units stopped working one night simply because it was dirty (lack of maintenance), hot shower in another room did not work. Last year the property had great outdoor furniture (the one on the pictures) new one are not comfortable at all. 204B has a great balcony but again furniture there it could be better

We stay here because it is close to my dad's property and yet still on the 'white sand beach'. The check-in/check-out was smooth and the people were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to prepare the Thanksgiving sides with the utensils and pots available. Our neighbors were very loud well into the nights. The master bed was very uncomfortable. It was not too hard or too soft for my preference, it was old and time for a new mattress. I felt like I was on a sleeper sofa. The ice maker seemed to be leaking into the fridge below and left water on the shelves. It would be nice if there was someplace to hose off feet after returning from the beach. There were always plenty of nice beach chairs. I don't know why the two neighboring complexes get to mark off so much of the beach. When the tide is high, there is very little beach left to enjoy and no one is even on the marked off section of the beach. There was no room for us to sit.

Like all places to stay you have your good and bad. The few bad issues were definately not a show stopper. The location was great, a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops a walk away and even a free trolley to take you into the village. My only issue is that the owners of the individual unit need to spruce up their place, like new paint (inside), make sure all appliances work etc. We will be back!

We had a very nice stay. Perfect spot for us. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Short walk to the beach. Recommend renting bicycles to ride to The Village where they’re are shops, restaurants & bars & then ride them on the beach. So fun.

Our experience was great! Our host was so friendly and welcoming. We love the patio and pool area along with of course the beach! Loved that we didn’t have to carry keys with us and we could use codes for most things! The room was spacious and we overall had a great experience.

The property was a perfect location and in great shape. Extremely professional office staff.<br/>The only thing we were unhappy about was the maid service ,we hung the tag on the door and the room was never cleaned during our stay.<br/>We will 100% stay there again

From booking our stay, picking up our keys, walking into our beautiful condo, enjoying all day at the beach or pool, to every day convenience of having delicious treats and luxury literally within blocks.
