Access is steps away thru a shared community gate; the code to the gate is provided upon arrival. A strip of beach is designated for our guests private use; along with our complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas (available outside the office on a first-come, first-served basis). For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

Great location, very close and easy access to the beach and south end of Siesta day/nightlife. Minutes from the uptown Siesta Village via trolley or golf cart. Our place was decent, 1 bedroom, fair size bathroom, kitchenette etc, clean... Quiet area, swimming pools are nice, hot tub did not work. We were there the 2nd week of March, weather was great, overall decent place to stay.

Pros- great balcony, great rain showerhead with plenty of force, fully stocked kitchen with full stove, great location near beach (just walk about 200 ft), near shops and great restaurants (would so recommend Fish Market across the street), nice front office staff.<br/>Con- construction nearby that starts at 7am to 3pm. Hope they get done soon.

#200B was very clean and pretty up to date. The only issue was the dishwasher. It did not clean very well. The private patio was the best. Issue with keys. We were issued one due to staff not cross trained. Once the Supervisor came off vacation she quickly took care of us. She was awesome!

This was one the best places we stayed in our 15 day vacation. Very clean, nice location. Shawna the manager should get a raise. She went out of her way to make our stay great. Christy did our booking she was so wonderful to work with. These people and place were great. We will be back for sure. A+++

Had a wonderful stay at Beach Club at Siesta Key. Office management was very on point had AC problems that were quickly resolved after we notified them. Also very nice pools and hot tub to relax in, overall a great place to stay!

Nice property - clean, plenty of space for the two of us and nicely furnished. Having access to two pools is a plus - there was a loud group at the Beach Club pool, so it was nice having the option to walk across the street to another pool. The patio/porch area is great to have, however the owner should add drop down shades as it's in direct sunlight by late morning through the afternoon. Something needs to be done about the beach access. The beach front hotels put flags up to "mark" their territory. The hotels at this end of the beach had their flags extended to the high tide mark, leaving very little space for Beach Club visitors (and others using the access). We don't recall having this issue when we visited last March. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need attention (one of the TV remotes didn't work, the light over the stove (under the microwave) didn't work, the ceiling fan on the parch didn't work), but overall it was a nice unit in a great location. It's an easy walk to the beach, and an easy walk to multiple bars and restaurants, a market, a drug store and an ice cream shop.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach and pool was close by. It was close to shopping. Needs a new toaster. We are in our 60's. Next time we'll request a ground floor unit.
