Access is steps away thru a shared community gate; the code to the gate is provided upon arrival. A strip of beach is designated for our guests private use; along with our complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas (available outside the office on a first-come, first-served basis). For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

Sometimes searching for vacation rentals is an exhausting process and you really don't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with this property and it exceeded my expectations. This unit was very nice and roomy for 4 adults. Literally across the street. Unfortunately the weather was a little cool while we were there and we didn't spend nearly as much time on the beach as I had hoped. It's truly beautiful and the sand is like walking on carpet. We had a problem with the door no locking that was resolved fairly quick. The outside lounge area was very large and actually quite private. I would highly recommend this rental.

Nice updated property is very clean and well maintained. It is smaller than it looks in the photos. Not a big deal since you will be on the beach most of the time. Be aware that the private beach is about 10-15 yards wide. You can walk the entire beach and the public beach is very nice. You can definitely walk to the beach It's maybe 2 minutes away there are complimentary chairs and umbrellas. You should bring your own chairs since the ones that are provided are limited in number and rusty.

Loved our stay here at 106A. Wonderful and relaxing location convenient to many shops and restaurants. Everything in the room works and we had everything we needed for kitchen use. Attached deck was great to have in the evenings to hang out. Will definitely return in the near future!

We loved our stay in Siesta Key! Unit 106A was perfect for us! From the private patio to the location to restaurants and beach, all great! The staff at RVA were fabulous as well! Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely month of March, 2023 at the Beach Club. Our location was very clean and had all we needed for the month. Our rental had a private deck which was very nice. The pool was very nice and relaxing with great beach chairs. We were very close to the Siesta Key Beach and walked there every day. The office staff and all of the crew were very friendly and helpful! We had a lovely time!

Needed a place to stay for our family of 4 for an unexpected visit. The condo worked out well with two bedrooms and a sofabed so our two sons didn't have to share a bed. Having two bathrooms was very helpful. It was clean and had extra towels and sheets. There were TVs in both bedroom and a large TV in the living room. The TVs had multiple HD streaming channels. The Xfiniti box did not work in one of the bedrooms and had only standard definition in the other two. But with all the streaming channels available that was not an issue. The kitchen had enough plates and silverware and some pots for simpler meals. The dishwasher was small and did not work that well. The stove and refrigerator worked fine. There was plenty of ice. The area appeared very quiet. You could hear some from the guests upstairs but it was not any problem. The bathrooms were clean and the showers worked well. It did take a while to get warm water. The air-conditioning worked well. The car parking was just a few steps away. There were plenty of spaces available during our stay. There are restaurants and grocery store close by. We did not use the pool. The beach view is blocked by a large building. There was a nice private porch outside the front door, but no view. Overall it was a good experience.

Comfortable Condo close to the Beach!

The condo was pretty nice! Very comfortable and relaxing. Having access to two pools and a private beach was very nice. It was about a 10 minute trolley ride to the Siesta Key Village and about 7 minutes to the public beaches. It was very well stocked with everything we needed to have a great weekend at the beach. My only complaint was the parking situation. If you have more than 1 car, you might be in trouble. Keep that in mind. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Trolley picks you right up on the corner so you don’t have to drive to the Village. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in 106A

We stayed with another couple for five nights in 106A. So appreciate a place that rents for less than a week at a time. The location was perfect, great access to beach and pools and loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The chairs and umbrellas much appreciated. The management was very easy to work with and great communication. They even called to let us know we could check in early. The unit was very nice, clean and the extra porch space was so nice, used it everyday. Only a few things would recommend to help improve the stay of future guests. Mattresses need to be replaced and the starter soap in bathrooms are too small and thin for even one shower. Totally understand only starter items are provided but it really is not useful at all. But nothing to deter us from renting again. Had a great vacation.

Not quite sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Accommodation, nice staff helpful, RED TIDE(a Florida thing) Luckily we arrived at the end its run but it could have ruined the whole vacay.

Place was very nice and clean. Clean towels and linens provided with a washer and dryer on site. A very shirt walk to the beach. Shower could have more pressure, but other than that it was a great place to stay and definitely will be coming back!

We loved our rental! This worked perfectly for our family, basically a block from the beach, a five minute walk to restaurants. We love the private beach with plenty of umbrellas and chairs to take. The heated pool was also easy to access. Our rental was clean and free from pests except the bathroom walls could of used a scrub/paint. No complaints on the beds and plenty of linens/towels were provided. We love how convenient and family friendly they are!

We loved the location, level of cleanliness, and how easily the management company made everything. Our only complaint was the noise from the space above us. The tile floors made every movement pretty loud, which wasn’t our favorite at 5 am. I would highly consider another flooring choice when a replacement is in order.

We did enjoy our time but there are some concerns. The bathrooms left no place for my wife to put on her make-up. A little sink next to the toilet. A huge shower but not any counter space in the bathrooms. A Shelf above the toilet would be nice and better lighting. TINY area to do anything in. Not user friendly. We are on vacation we wanted to oook good going out but felt crampt. My wife's toothbrush fell off her sink onto the toilet plunger and she threw it away. The beds were too hard. The dryer's too old and had a rusty lint filter. I found debris on the floor - a perfume bottle top from a previous renter and there was pink stuff on the wall and toilet in the bathroom. There was not enough lighting in the bedrooms - it would be good to have a wall switch when you walk into your bedroom, w/o having to fumble your way in the dark to turn on a lamp at night while in the day, there were no blinds in the bedroom, just a thin light curtain that allows sunlight to pour in at 5am. The TV's are sideways to the bed and not moveable in the bedroom. The staff were friendly except for telling us to keep off the grass when packing our vehicle - there was one walkway that lead to a dumpster and through a gutter - there were breaks in the hedge by the vehicles and we used those, only to get told off by staff. I'd reccomend more pathing through the hedges. There were no signs that said keep off the grass. The beach umbrellas and chairs you cannot put on the beach until you pass the area infront of the 2 hotels that are on the beach - past the yellow flags either side. The Hot-tub wand 2 pools were good as was the BBQ grill that needs to be manually lit. No need to bring BBQ utensils or a blender as the rental supplies all your basic needs, - except a bottle opener. AC was exceptional, that I could set my own thermostat and the look of the rental was also exceptional.

The condo is cute and clean. Great location and a short walk to the beach. Beach towels and chairs and umbrellas are available for the beach which was a great touch. We enjoyed our stay.
