Access is steps away thru a shared community gate; the code to the gate is provided upon arrival. A strip of beach is designated for our guests private use; along with our complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas (available outside the office on a first-come, first-served basis). For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

It was a great start to the trip, as when I called the office, I was told that we could check in early! That really was appreciated! It only got better, as the Management was accommodating to a fault and provided me with two additional parking passes for family that was visiting that were not staying on the property. It really made a great impression, and made for a comfortable trip to the beach! We had a great time and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

When our Cruise was canceled the day before departure - we were SCRAMBLING to find an affordable place for a week. THIS filled that need nicely - walking distance to the beach AND close to some areas we wanted to explore. We are still very Covid Conscious (wife if immune compromised) so we only had a few meals out but everything we needed in the room for cooking was good, the bed was decent and the room was pretty clean and well-maintained. The few interactions I had with staff were nice; but toward the end of the week a few of my fellow tenants decided to hog the all beach chairs. Good eating places, mailboxes and food all in walking distance. And a WONDERFUL BEACH!

Property was great and easy to find. We enjoyed the convenience of having the beach and pool so close to us. Will be staying here again in the future

Great location just 1 block from the private beach which was not too crowded. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the four of us for our stay. We used the pool which was heated and the hot tub which was nice and hot. Beds were comfortable enough and the showers in both bathrooms were powerful. We wished we could have spent more time there. A couple restaurants and the 7-11 were within walking distance. They also let us use the beach towels even though we stayed at the beach after we checked out. We just returned them near the pool area. The only issue we had was the maid came into our room at 8am to clean. We had to tell her we are still here and to come back later. She showed up two more times before our check out time anxious I guess to clean and get it ready for the next guests.

We stayed 3 nights and did overnight check-in. Process was made easy by staff and the walk to the beach was the shortest we’ve ever had.

We loved it! Great location. Wonderful facility. The folks were great. All of the amenities were included---beach chairs, towels, etc. We will certainly stay again.
