Compliments of RVA, Beach Castle Resort expands from the bayside of Longboat Key to the Gulf – providing a place to launch your kayak and cast a line, a chance to spot exotic birds that stop here for our mild temperatures and to view a picture-perfect sunset over the Gulf of Mexico -- all courtesy of Mother Nature.

The grounds here are impeccable – from the well-manicured vegetation to the vast palm trees that dot this serene Longboat Key location. The buildings at Beach Castle are the color of sunshine and are accented by Bahama shutters and railings that resemble palm trees. Each unit is individually owned, which means no unit is alike and provides a unique vacation experience to our guests. However, all units provide a full kitchen, living room and private lanais – never compromising the comforts of home.

This secluded hideaway exudes a classic charm that, as vacationers, we yearn for. A place to get away from it all, relish in the Florida sunshine and reconnect with family and friends; all this while enjoying white-sand beaches, privacy and most importantly, vacation memories that last a lifetime.

Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Beach Castle Resort #3 will have the option of temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles, fishing pier and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Accommodations: Beach Castle Resort is a quiet, 21-unit condominium resort midway on the exclusive island of Longboat Key with a variety of views including Gulf front, Bay front, pool and garden views.

Unit #3 Features: Two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor unit on the beach. Updated amenities of this unit include large-screen LCD TV’s throughout, granite countertops, updated appliances and modern décor. Unit #3 also includes an XBOX 360 including 2 controllers and games, a Keurig coffee maker, and an updated 51 inchTV.

Bedding: 1 King, 2 Queens

Parking: All guests have use of 1 assigned parking spot during their stay. Additional spots are available at a nearby community on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on Beach Castle property.

Resort Features: Full-size Kitchen, Spacious Floorplans, Heated Community Pool, Community Hot Tub, Grills, On-site Office, Private Lanais, Complimentary Laundry Facilities, Shared Boat Docks (available on a first-come, first-served basis, a 26' boat limit, and guest is responsible to find off-site parking for boat trailer), Cable TV, Laptop computer with Wireless Internet Access, Complimentary Guest Parking, Private Beach Access, Complimentary Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas

As a family of 5 people ( 4 adults, 1 child) i can say we had enough space. The view to the beach is extra ordinary. We felt like we are at home. We definitly come back to this Resort!

Our stay was very nice and what we expected. The place is clean and well stocked. The only issue we had is the lock on sliding glass door on the back was broken. The accommodations were just as pictured with good parking and very close access to the beach.

My family and I spent 5 nights and had the best time. Everything was very clean and tidy and had plenty of basic necessities for the week. Location was fantastic and the beach access is steps away and so beautiful!

I just want to say, THANK YOU TED! He was so kind when I checked in at the front desk and when I had to call for a maintenance issue. I also saw his smiling face throughout our stay and just loved chatting with him. He gave me great tips on where to dine and shop during my stay and was so helpful. Thank you Ted and I hope you and everyone in the area are safe from the upcoming hurricane. Can’t wait to return to Beach Castle and beautiful Longboat Key.

Overall a great condo, well kept and comfortable seating for four of us. The only downside to our stay was a very large and loud group of guests who were across the hall from us.

We stayed with our two kids and their friends. We enjoyed the easy beach access, and easy-to-use beach umbrellas and lots of lounge chairs. Pool was nice as well. Well equipped kitchen, and enough space for the six of us. Nice central location within 15 minutes of everything in Longboat and St. Armands. Will likely be back!

Family of 5 and it was our first time visiting LBK. We loved this rental and especially loved the easy access to the beach. They provided chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a starter kit of dishwashing soap, trash bags, etc. The view was still amazing being on the lower floor. We also loved being able to walk on the pier across the street! We got to see a momma and baby manatee. We had a wonderful time!

Vacation during the week after Christmas was wonderful. Weather was fantastic! I liked the new paint job in the condo. The only thing I had a problem with is that I would like more towel racks or places to hang my towels in the bathroom. They never seemed to get dry because of all the humidity. Thanks for having extra towels in the condo. That helped a lot.<br/>

This was a nicely decorated, convenient unit. The people around were also very friendly. We loved the access to private beach, laundry, and ultimately overall relaxing vibe of the area. We were on the Gulf Side. Minutes to walk to great restaurants and ice cream. I would recommend this to those wanting a private getaway, relaxing beach time, and perfect for little ones hunting for seashells and building sand castles. One recommendation would be to be a bit clearer on after hours pick up of keys. We came in late (raining) and it was pitch dark, so if you can time an arrival during office hours/light it is an easier find. Thank you for a very pleasant time! Definitely will consider for future stays! We wish you all the best going into the 2022 New Year. Travel safely everyone.

13 friends from college years in 4 condos! We had a blast and the condos were perfect for our get together. Our condo was clean, well appointed, and nearly perfect! We didn't cook in our condo, but it appears everything needed to cook all meals, was available. We will definitely stay there again.

Wow! We had such a fabulous time. I had stayed in this unit 2 years ago with my sisters and mom and wanted to bring my husband and kids this time. We can’t describe how amazing it was. The views, the location, the facility. It was all exactly what we hoped for. We will for sure be back. We already miss getting up, sitting outside eating our breakfast and then heading to the beach. <br/>This time we decided not to rent a car so that we could just focus on staying at the property and going to the beach. We’re so glad we did bc we were able to use the bikes provided and there were several great restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite place to eat was Euphemia Haye! Hands down one of our favorite restaurants that we’ve ever been to. We decided to order our groceries from Publix and they delivered. We also got a Uber one day to go to St Armands, but other than that we were at the beach and loved every minute of it. There was really no need to go explore anything else. We had everything we needed. The chairs the umbrellas beach towels. I loved how everything was included so we didn’t have to buy it or bring it from home. It makes it so easy to travel. Looking forward to the next time.

There's simply nothing bad to say about a stay like this. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and highly functional. And location, location, location. From the breeze of the Gulf to the dock at the bay, you can't find a more lovely and unique combindation. Well done.

We were planning on visiting family on Long Boat Key and at the last minute decided to try and upgrade our accommodations from our hotel room in Sarasota. I was hesitant when my husband showed me the listing, but it indicated that it was waterfront, so... we went for it. Opening the door was a great surprise as the furniture was a nice upgrade from the photo. Also, it had seemed that we would not really be able to see the Gulf from our room because of the landscaping, but in fact it was a great view. Our two Adirondack Chairs and screened porch provided us with ample opportunity to enjoy the sunsets, without having to leave #3.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Beach Castle in Unit 3. It has everything to offer, from comfortable beds to plenty of linens. I especially appreciate the firm mattress since I have spine problems. The location and decor are lovely. We have adhered to the Covid restrictions avidly, mostly staying at home except for necessary trips to the store or medical appointments. We do not eat out. The cleanliness and sanitation of our unit and the entire complex is evident. The full kitchen allows the convenience of preparing our own meals so we could still isolate. We have been vacationing at Beach Castle since the early 90s. We will continue to return. Thank you for a safe, quiet, and restful stay. It was much needed after what has been an extremely stressful year.

We really enjoyed our stay and the condo. Literally on the beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. The condo was clean, very well equipped and roomy comfortable. Great privacy with the bedroom and bath combinations. Felt like a good after Labor day value stay.

A quick walk via the beach path and you are on the beautiful gulf. It was great with our kids. We cooked a lot in the well stocked kitchen. We had concerns that laundry would be an issue since it is not inside the unit, but was just steps away and we didn't have to wait. We will eventually be making a return trip, hopefully with friends taking another unit.
