RVA Names Tammy Halsted Business Development Manager

Longboat Key, FL (June 5, 2014) – Tammy Halsted is named Business Development Manager of RVA. In her new role at RVA, Halsted will be responsible for welcoming new homeowners into the program, promoting a referral program to local real estate agents and representing RVA at local Chamber and CVB functions and events. Her vibrant personality and wealth of contacts within the area, particularly on the island of Longboat Key, made her an ideal candidate to help take RVA to the next level.

A native of Texas, Halsted brings over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry in various capacities, namely with the Tampa and New Orleans Convention & Visitor Bureaus, Marriot International, Wedebrock and Re/Max Excellence Real Estate companies. Halsted is also active in the local community, volunteering at the Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Board of Directors and Chamber Ambassador, as well as the Sarasota Players Theater and American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
