At this time the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico has not affected the Southwest Florida area. We encourage everyone to continue with their summer vacations. If local authorities announce that your destination's beaches have been directly impacted, and there is evidence on the shoreline of the oil spill, we are offering the following options:
1. We will relocate your accommodations to a unit of equal value within our existing inventory in an unaffected area
2. If you choose to return home after you have checked-in, we will offer you a refund on the unused nights rental rate
3. If you haven't arrived, and an official announcement has been issued, and oil is present on the shoreline within 24 hours of your arrival date, you can choose to forfeit your reservation and receive a full refund
